Welcome to Highland Biscuits, the best gluten free biscuits in NYC. We are piloting our core menu weekly at Nimbus Kitchen in Downtown Brooklyn. Come by and have a biscuit with us! 100% Celiac safe. Since being diagnosed with Celiac disease, we've been unable to find a gluten free biscuit we could trust and enjoy. So we made our own and are excited to share it with you!
