Welcome to Highland Biscuits, the best gluten free bisucits in NYC. We are piloting our core menu weekly at Nimbus Kitchen in Downtown Brooklyn. Come by and have a biscuit with us! Everything is takeout but there is both indoor and outdoor seating on site. Pre-orders are available and are 10% off. Opening mid-September. Date coming soon!

While visiting family in the Scottish Highlands, we fell in love with one particular breakfast biscuit. Now we've created our own version that we love.

100% Celiac safe. Since being diagnosed with Celiac disease, we've been unable to find a gluten free biscuit we could trust and enjoy. So we made our own and are excited to share it with you!
